What a beautiful day for a hog roast in Tongham. Our menu 1 was booked for an event at the Tongham Community Centre and with a serve time of 9pm we had plenty of time to prepare. Juanita had asked for our traditional hog roast Tongham to be served with apple sauce, stuffing and fresh bread rolls. Not forgetting the crispy crackling, definitely a favourite! We had just under 100 people to serve, and as soon as the word was spread that the hog was ready to serve we had a cue within seconds! Juanita had also asked for the menu to be served on to disposables, which makes for easy, quick tidying! After the serve, we cleared everything away discretely and left everyone to enjoy the rest of their evening.
