We did a very interesting hog roast in London this week for one of our corporate customers they wanted a pig serving on a boat going down the river Thames. We cooked the pig at the side of the river in the boat yard then loaded all our equipment on board and set up on the deck. Although it was a challenge the event was a great success and one we will no doubt be doing again. It certainly made an interesting site and got a few hoots from passing boats. Our chefs had a very unusual day not the normal days cooking and serving. Adrian even got a sun tan. So if you want to do something slightly different this year why not have a hog roast in London floating down the river Thames I can highly recommend it.
Summer Hog Roasts in London
A lot of our time at the moment is spent getting ready for the busy summer season. We work twelve months of the year and all times can be busy such as Christmas and new year but the summer London hog roast season is the busiest. I have to admit we do love doing hog roasts in London during the summer as well there is something about an early morning start driving to the venue early in the morning when the streets are still quite, seeing foxes crossing the road and often a light mist, you just can’t help but be in a good mood. So bring on the summer.
