Moving away from home to someplace new is always difficult, especially if it means leaving family and friends behind. But one local family decided to throw a party to celebrate their choice to move on. The team were very excited to be working on the catering for the farewell party, especially as the clients had personalised the menu to such an extent.

The team arrived at the venue several hours before the event began, so that the meats could be slow roasted until they were perfectly cooked. All the food was freshly prepared on site in the hours before the event, meaning that the dishes were totally fresh and very tasty when it was time to be served.
