Last weekend, it was Elijah and Hanna’s turn to tie the knot, and our team wowed them with a feast that was out of this world. After exchanging ‘I do’s’, the happy couple arrived at the reception venue with their guests in tow who were also blown away by the magnificent spread. To match the rustic theme, the couple had chosen for their big day, Hog Roast Holloway served up dishes from our southern slow roast menu, which included succulent BBQ pork butt, Texan 24 hour beef brisket and free-range, Cajun spiced whole roast chickens with sides of Memphis style crunchy coleslaw, loaded fries, potato wedges and buttery corn cobettes.
The pair were so pleased with the level of detail that our catering team had put into the tasty spread, and with all of our lockdown-friendly measures in place, the wedding party were able to celebrate the magical occasion without a single concern.
