I awoke today to a bright blue clear sky and a real frosty ski holiday feel to the weather. Not perfect hog roast Chigwell weather you may think but you would be wrong. I love a cold clear winters morning. We are off to provide a hog roast in Chigwell for a second birthday party. I am not sure the young man whose birthday it is will appreciate his finely cooked hog but I am sure his parents will and especially his grand parents who have arranged this treat. 
I have packed my warmest jumper and yes I must admit put on my long johns although I am looking forward to a day in the garden I am expecting a chilly one. This Chigwell hog roast will be tasty, fun and perfect but yes a bit chilly. Oh well as long as the snow holds off all we be good.
