There is nothing we love more than following a journey with our customers, 2 years ago we catered for Jenny and Michael’s engagement party and last week we also attended their wedding. It was a fabulous day and was so enjoyable to join them and their friends and family once again. Of course the guests were very excited to be seeing our Hog Roast Dartford team again as the food went down a storm last time!
This time we also had a canape service and drinks reception for the guests. Prosecco on arrival accompanied by a selection of mini pizzas, chicken skewers and also our pate encroute. Always very popular to follow the ceremony with. As the guests were mingling and photos were being taken we were busy preparing the main course which would be a formal dinner served to the guests at the table. Hog Roast Dartford had prepared sharing platters of salads and bread on each individual table, however we would plate up the meat and potatoes for each guest.
Our experienced wedding catering team deliver a fantastic seamless table service to ensure that all the guests receive their food as quickly as possible and still hot so that they can all eat together. Within minutes the food had been delivered to the tables and all guests were enjoying their meals. We were seeing happy smiling faces around all the tables and most importantly Jenny and Michael were overwhelmed once again.
The Hog Roast Dartford team then got onto preparing the desserts, a choice between lemon or chocolate torte. As we had a choice we encouraged each table once at once to come and choose which dessert they would like. Usually we find the chocolate torte to be the most popular but this time the lemon torte was definitely a winner. Overall leaving the day with a happy bride and groom is always the winning moment for us. We do hope to join them at future celebrations again.
