Love is what makes the world go round and the team at Hog Roast Uxbridge are privileged as caterers because so many of the events they cater for revolve around love. Recently the team were contacted by a local couple to cater their engagement party. The event brief was simple: celebrate love.
The clients were both very much food lovers and one thing they both enjoyed was fine dining. They wanted something tasty and fun on the menu for their engagement party and the Hog Roast Uxbridge team certainly delivered. The clients wanted one specific item of food from the team: loaded fries. They had seen the deliciously golden fries on the teams Twitter page and knew immediately that they wanted the delicacy to be served at their engagement party! The team were more than happy to oblige, and made sure that they would have enough fries and fillings, such as cheese, chives and pulled pork, to make the fries extra tasty and super loaded for the guests. The clients were thrilled with the teams’ ideas and simply could not wait for the day to arrive!
On the day of the event a team of two from Hog Roast Uxbridge set up at the venue, feeding two hundred party guests is no small task. But the team worked like a well-oiled machine, as they had done at lots of events in the past. The team prepared and cooked all the food fresh on site, so that when it was time to serve the food at 7pm that evening, it would be at its most delicious. The team kept working hard to make sure that there was enough loaded fries to serve the guests, and they kept coming back for more; the fries were a big success!
Later on, as the event drew to a close the team quietly packed away their equipment and binned the high quality disposable crockery, cutlery and napkins that the guests had used. The clients were delighted with the teams’ hard work and said they would be recommending Hog Roast Uxbridge to all their friends for their future events.
