With summer finally here its officially BBQ season, which means nonstop work for Hog Roast Watford. Luckily theres nothing we love more than getting out and about cooking up delicious Hog Roast Watford BBQs especially when the weather is as glorious as it has been recently.
This week we had been contacted by Kat who wanted to book us in to cater a BBQ for approximately one hundred people in Delrow Community. Catering manager Raffa was pleased to accept the job and got started sourcing the ingredients and planning the perfect menu whilst we all crossed our fingers for some sunny weather on the day!
Although we wouldn’t be serving until later in the day, we always like to arrive nice and early with Hog Roast Watford so that we can ensure all of our food is cooked to perfection for when your guests arrive. We set up at about eleven in the morning and straight away got to work. Kat had asked us to provide some wooden crockery and cutlery for the event and we had managed to source our ingredients locally where possible as we are firm believers in supporting other local business and don’t like to compromise on the quality of our food.
Any good BBQ will consist of butcher’s selection sausages, meaty burgers and lots of accompaniments. For the vegetarians we made sure they had something to look forward to in the form of our grilled vegetable and haloumi skewers which always go down brilliantly.
Thanks to our hard-working Hog Roast Watford team and trusty roasting machine we had everything prepared bang on time. When the guests arrived we were busy handing out the goods to our guests and took pride in the fact that before long everything had been devoured and all that was left was happy, smiling and, most importantly, full guests!
