The nights are slowly drawing in and summer will be soon coming to an end but what a great summer we have had! One of the hottest summers for many a year and I think it has really lifted the whole country having nice sun shine as it makes a refreshing change to the normal summers we are used to. It was business as usual on Sunday we were catering for a birthday party and hog roast hire had to travel a few miles to get there but all good! We were met by the birthday boys Mum it was his eighteenth birthday and lots were expected to attend Hog Roast Hire were using the bbq plate and set to work immediately burgers, sausages and chicken in fluffy floury buns with heaps of tomatoes ketchup and mustard two firm favourites.
The girls and boys were such a lovely bunch all chatty and we really enjoyed our good chat with them they absolutely loved the food and said it was the nicest bbq food ever and we have to agree! We really did pull out all the stops and made the day so special the food was continuously flowing as was the wine and the live band was simply amazing and to top it off the sun shone what more could we ask for a top day was had! On the way home we all chatted about the day and all agreed we would all love to be eighteen again and our chef piped up he would love to be eighteen and know wheat he knows now! We couldn’t agree more!
When we arrived back to base we put the machines in our ware house and emptied the van we always make sure everything is nice and tidy and clean after each job and it makes it far easier the next time we are out on the road as we can find everything we need making our job a breeze and in this game efficiency is a must and we like to be on the very top of our game we wouldn’t have it any there way!
