Good Morning from the Spitting Pig team, the last couple of weeks have been very busy for us with events ranging from BBQ parties to wedding celebrations and even dealing with a Flood dilemma. The staff at Cannon did a wonderful job coping under the circumstances and were rewarded with a meal to say thank you for working extra hours when the warehouse and offices unfortunately got flooded.
On a brighter note we then hit the road to the London area were we catered for a couple who had a wedding blessing in a meadow at a local farm. Arriving early we had extra time to prep and slow cook the Hog roast. (The animals didn’t look too happy!!) With the Hog roast cooking we prepared the fresh greek salad with subtle different dressings and potatoes that were accompanying the Beast! In no time the food was ready to be severed and we had plenty of compliments to go with it.
Even though the summer is ending our BBQ’s are as popular as ever, with booking ranging from 35-550 people we can cater for all your needs. Yesterday we did a fantastic BBQ for 120 people with salmon, prawns, burger, sausages, marinated chicken drumsticks and a strip of lion we defiantly know how to rustle up a good BBQ. And it’s not just Pig we can cook; just about any meat is available.
With are team ready for another exiting and eventful weekend we have the machines been cleaned and checked, making sure all the parts are there and on standby to be sent to the correct location. Our staff are busy away in the office taking bookings and maintaining everything is up to date.
