For her birthday party that we catered over the weekend, Coleen had asked Hog Roast Dagenham for advice about what to serve. We told her all about our multitude of options and once we told her about our Southern Slow Roast Menu, she was adamant that’s what would impress her guests on the day. With this versatile menu, you get to choose three marinated meat dishes from a choice of five and four sides from a possible seven. Each of the meats is marinated in our secret recipe rubs and we cook them low and slow on the day of your party, resulting in amazing tastes, packed full of flavour, as our tasty side dishes are too. You can select three from barbecued pork butt, spicy lamb, sticky pork ribs, beef brisket and Cajun chicken, and four from corn on the cob, sweet potato wedges, jacket potatoes, mac and cheese, Greek salad, green leaf salad, and coleslaw, and we even offer a vegetarian option too.
Coleen asked us to cook our ribs, brisket and lamb, as well as mac and cheese and wedges, and to provide two salads. On the day of the informal party in her back garden, Hog Roast Dagenham helped her to wow her guests with so much variety and choice and many came back to us for seconds or more, including the birthday girl.
