It’s our busy season here at spitting pig, we catered for 2 parties today both h
aving our popular menu 1 Hog roast in Farnborough. Marnie and her husband had booked us to cater for Marnie’s 40th birthday. It was a great event, we turned up at 3pm for a 7pm serve time and got to work setting up our gazebo and serving tables, laid with black table cloths and all our serving utensils, our set up looked great in the garden next to the marquee that was already set up. Marnie had made some salads of her own that were served with the hog roast Farnborough pork. Once we had set everything up and guest’s started to arrive it was apparent that the guy’s of the group were really interested in the pig and asked for a masterclass to teach them about the hog roast and different cuts of meat on the pig.
We though
t this was great and by the end we had a 10 strong crowd watching us and learning and tasting different parts of the hog. Everyone loved this and thanked us for the rest of the evening. Once the hog was pulled and ready to serve everyone got stuck in and the compliments were amazing. The guest’s couldn’t believe how tasty the hog roast Farnborough was and many said it was the best pork they had ever eaten. Almost every single male came back for more and we left all the leftovers for the everyone to pick throughout the night.
