This Saturday we had the pleasure of catering for Jack and Emily’s big day at the local church hall. The ceremony was taking place at twelve noon and so we were given a serve time of 3’o’clock and a guest list of two hundred people to cater for. As we are professional caterers this was no problem for Hog Roast Cranford but as always we want to ensure everything runs perfectly and so we had been busy in the weeks leading up to the big day making sure everything was prepared and would run to schedule.
Jack and Emily had gone for our traditional, more formal style of wedding catering, this menu includes a welcome drinks service for all of your guests which is followed by our Hog Roast Cranford staff serving up the finest canapes which we skilfully prepare ourselves. The couple had chosen our deliciously moreish dim sum selection, mushroom bouchees and smoked salmon served on crusty brown bread. Whilst the guests filled themselves up on canapes and began drinking, Jack and Emily had a few moments to make the most of the beautiful church grounds to get some lovely photos together as a married couple.
With everyone seated and speeches over, we began to serve our Hog Roast Cranford banquet. Today’s menu consisted of traditional whole roasted meats including pork, beef and lamb as well as some spit roasted Cajun chickens. This was served up alongside a selection of seasonal roasted vegetables which were served up on platters to each table for a Hog Roast Cranford wedding feast!
