Its back to wok in the office today after a couples of days rest and recovery after the busy New Year. Many of us have already cracked and broken our personal new years resolutions! But there is one we have made as a team a joint new years resolution that we will certainly be sticking to. That is to make the year 2011 the best year for Spitting Pig London so far! We intend to develop, expand and improve our already popular and successful hog roasting company.
Lots of enquiries in the office today and the telephone is ringing non stop. it seems the people of London are planning ahead and organising their bank holiday parties, summer barbecues and wedding catering early. Its good to be prepared as the closer we get to the popular Summer months the more booked up we are likely to be. Plus planning a special occasion now gives you something to look forward to during the dark, dismal and cold January days.
