This week the team from Hog Roast Fulham were out spreading the word about their wonderful cuisine, as they took part in a local food and drinks festival. We were first contacted by Terry, the festival’s organiser, a few weeks earlier. He told us that all the different restaurants, takeaways and other food businesses in the local area, had been invited to come down, set up shop for the day, and allow people to try and buy their wares. Despite being the nation’s best Hog Roast caterers, we never pass up an opportunity to spread the word about our delicious food, and we agreed to take part.
We requested a fair amount of space, to be able to have somewhere to cook, a separate dining area for guests, but also an area where we could display our Hog and Spit Roast Machines as well. Not only are we expert Hog Roast Caterers, but all of our state of the art machines are designed specifically by us. The festival would commence at twelve noon, and so we arrived by six in the morning to begin the slow cooking process. On the menu today, we opted for variety, so as to showcase our range of menus, and took a little bit from each. We had the classic Hog Roast, served with crusty bread rolls and a selection of sauces, but also the Spit Roasted pig, so guests could see and taste the difference between the two cooking methods. Our catering assistants would later hand out miniature versions of our pigs in buns as samples.
When guests arrived later in the day, they had the option to buy regular sized portions of our food or sample miniature sized portions, and ate in the small dining area, on high quality disposable wooden crockery under the protection of our Gazebo. The festival progressed well and there was lots of interest and delight in our food when guests came to try it. Terry thanked the team at Hog Roast Fulham for taking part as they tidied away their mess and disposed of any waste offsite.
