Happy Monday morning everyone there is a real feel of spring in the air today which is a welcome change to the non-stop rain of late. This makes our lives as London hog roast caterers a lot easier and more pleasant. we have been busy again this weekend doing hog roasts in London I was down in Brixton doing a large family party for Brian Davies 5oth birthday. Good morning Brian I hope you did not feel to hung over on Sunday morning it was quite a party and looked like you where just getting warmed up when I left at midnight. We did some tasty simple canapés for people as they arrived hot sausages, roast beef in Yorkshire puddings and some hand made mini pizzas. All hot which went down a storm as there was just a slight nip in the air in the garden.
Hog Roast London
The pig was roasted to perfection and was served piping hot with some jacket potatoes and mixed root vegetables. A mixture of roasted carrots, parsnips, onions and courgettes really brings out the flavours in the pig and is a great mix of food. Salads in the summer yes but definitely roasted veg in the winter. We had a little queue the minute we started serving the food and it was great to see everyone really enjoying their food it is what the whole occasion is about for us, customer satisfaction it makes our days work worthwhile and very enjoyable.
