The field was transformed into a bustling mediaeval village, complete with wooden stalls showcasing handmade wares and mediaeval-style tents, which added to the ambience of the event.
Enhancing the atmosphere even further, Hog Roast Enfield brought the magic of our spit-roasted hog to the festivities. With a full pig rotating over real flames, the aroma of slowly roasting meat filled the air, tantalising taste buds and whetting appetites all around. As the skin crisped to a beautiful golden hue and juices dripped into the sage and onion stuffing below, anticipation reached a fever pitch.
As the day’s epic battles and quests drew to a close, participants gathered eagerly to witness the crowning moment: the carving of the hog. Under the skilled hands of our head chef, the succulent meat was expertly separated from the crispy crackling, ready to be savoured by hungry adventurers.
